Matt has earned his VP Executive Recruiting Status by closing **100%** of his retained searches since he began his career with us in 1997. He was hired directly by Charles Wadlow, the President of the CRW search team, who recognized Matt’s prior 9 years of successful sales experience built from calling on Fortune 200 clientele across 13 states.
He is a Seattle native and graduated from Washington State University with a Psychology and Business Management degree. He has worked with Public & Private Corporations Nationwide & Internationally to improve their Executive Teams by placing crucial and hard-to-find candidates with our preferred clientele.
