Matt has earned his Senior Director of Executive Recruiting Status by closing **100%** of his retained searches since he began his career with us in 1997. He was hired directly by Charles Wadlow, the President of the CRW search team, who recognized Matt’s prior 9 years of successful sales experience built from calling on Fortune 200 clientele across 13 states.

He is a Seattle native and graduated from Washington State University with a Psychology and Business Management degree. He has worked with Public & Private Corporations Nationwide & Internationally to improve their Executive Teams by placing crucial and hard-to-find candidates with our preferred clientele.

Matt’s persistent nature is key to his consistent success within the executive search industry and his clients favor him with additional searches because of his ability to get the job done right the first time.

Matt runs the search process from start to finish, which creates a high degree of accountability for his clients.
