Recruiter Assistant
I served 7 years in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician. I loved every minute of it, but knew my time with the military was coming to an end so I could focus on other things in my life. As soon as I got out of the military, I pursued my education and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. I had always been interested in this field so I began working as an Operations Manager for a recruiting and consulting firm. They specialized in Information Technology, Business IT, Oil and Gas, and more. My main responsibility was to work directly with the recruiters, work alongside with CEO, and assist with the Manager of Accounting. I was also solely responsible for the marketing efforts in regards to the process, plan, and strategy.
I then decided to continue my education and received my Master’s Degree in Management as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. My past experiences, education, and training has allowed me to work along side some influential people. I have worked in many different environments and have learned how to adapt, strategize, and communicate effectively and efficiently.
